Simple party trick, perfect for apero
300 g mixed baby peppers
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 rosemary sprigs
Put on a baking tray all the ingredients
Toss to coat the peppers
Cook in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes
Flip the peppers and cook for 15 more minutes
Let it cool to serve
