Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream
For 4 persons
8 sticks of rhubarb
2 apples
120 g flour
140 g sugar
80 g butter
Peel the rhubarb sticks and chop them in small pieces
Sprinkle 20 g sugar on top and let it aside for 30 minutes
Peel the apples and chop them
Mix flour, sugar and soft butter together with hands until getting a homogenous powder
Drain the rhubarb
Put chopped rhubarb and apples in a tray
Scatter the crumble topping on top
Cook in preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
