Raspberry and banana smoothie

Simple, healthy and tasty

For 2 glasses

  • 100 g frozen raspberry

  • 1 big banana or 2 small bananas

  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds

  • 3 sprigs of mint

  • 400 ml coconut water

  1. Put everything in the blender. I take out the raspberry from the freezer 15 minutes before so it starts to defrost.

  2. Keep the top of 2 sprigs of mint for decoration.

  3. Blend for a few minutes.

  4. Pour in glasses. Enjoy!
