Simple, healthy and tasty
For 2 glasses
100 g frozen raspberry
1 big banana or 2 small bananas
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
3 sprigs of mint
400 ml coconut water
Put everything in the blender. I take out the raspberry from the freezer 15 minutes before so it starts to defrost.
Keep the top of 2 sprigs of mint for decoration.
Blend for a few minutes.
Pour in glasses. Enjoy!
