Chorizo homemade pizza with pepper and cheese

Super tasty

Pizza dough

  • 250 g white plain flour

  • 125 ml water

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 5 g dried yeast

Pizza topping

  • chorizo

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 green pepper

  • grated cheese

  • tomato sauce

  1. In a small bowl mix dried yeast with a bit of warm water (20ml)

  2. Put flour in a bowl, add salt, water and yeast

  3. Mix until getting a homogenous dow, form a bowl

  4. Put a tea towel on top and let it rest in a warm room for 1h

  5. Meanwhile prepare your topping, slice the chorizo, set aside

  6. Thinly slice the peppers and stir fry in a pan with olive oil until soft, set aside

  7. Knead the dough to remove the gas

  8. Roll out on a baking tray covered with baking paper

  9. Spread the tomato sauce

  10. Add all topping ingredients finishing with the grated cheese

  11. Cook in preheated oven at 230C for 5 minutes (check the dough is cooked)
