Grilled gambas with soy honey and sesame dressing

Super simple and delicious tapas, perfect for apero

2 persons (for a starter)

  • 6 uncooked gambas

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  1. Shell the gambas (keep the shells for a stock, you can freeze them).

  2. Toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan on medium heat.

  3. Mix all the ingredients and add the toasted sesame seeds. Marinate the gambas in the sauce for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

  4. Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Add the gambas coated with the sauce and cook them 2 minutes each side. Remove them from the frying pan. Add the sauce and let it cook 2 minutes.

  5. Put the gambas in your serving plate and pour the sauce on top.
