Super simple and delicious tapas, perfect for apero
2 persons (for a starter)
6 uncooked gambas
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Shell the gambas (keep the shells for a stock, you can freeze them).
Toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan on medium heat.
Mix all the ingredients and add the toasted sesame seeds. Marinate the gambas in the sauce for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Add the gambas coated with the sauce and cook them 2 minutes each side. Remove them from the frying pan. Add the sauce and let it cook 2 minutes.
Put the gambas in your serving plate and pour the sauce on top.
