Greek feta salad

Perfect side dish for summer barbecue

For 4 persons (as a side dish)

  • 1 cucumber

  • 3 tomatoes

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano

  • 150 g feta cheese

  • 150 g black olives

  • Fresh parsley

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  1. Peel the cucumber. Cut in half. Remove the seeds in the middle. Cut in slices. Put in your salad bowl.

  2. Wash the tomatoes and cut each of them in 16 pieces. Add them to the bowl.

  3. Peel the onion. Slice them thinly. Add them to the bowl.

  4. Cut the feta in small cubes. Add it to the bowl.

  5. Wash and chop the parsley. Add chopped parsley and olives in the bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Gently mix. Top with the dried oregano and drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil.
