Delicious for tea time or brunch
For 9 financiers
30 g almond powder
25 g flour
75 g sugar
62.5 gr butter
2 white eggs
2 tablespoons of flaked almonds
Preheat the over at 200C
Melt the butter until it gets a hazel colour and let it cool down
Mix almond powder, sugar, flour and white eggs in a bowl. Add the melted butter and mix
Butter the baking tin and put the mixture in (I use madeleines baking tin)
Bake 12 minutes. Let it cool down and eat the same day or freeze in a sealed bag to eat later
