Figs are back!! Perfect for a tasty apero.
For 16 mini toasts
4 slices of walnut bread (from E5 Bakehouse)
1 small goat cheese log
2 big figs
1 tablespoon honey
dried thymes
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat the oven at 180C.
Cut the slices of bread in 4 pieces. Brush them with the olive oil.
Slice the goat cheese and put a slice on each mini toast.
Add honey and sprinkle with the dried thyme.
Wash the figs. Cut them in quarters then half each quarter.
Put them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cook for 10 minutes in the oven.
Enjoy warm or cool down.
