For breakfast, brunch, easy to share
For 9 muffins
300 g banana (around 3)
150 g flour
100 g butter
80 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
Mix everything together (except the bananas)
Slice the peeled bananas and mix them with the rest of the preparation
Cook in the oven preheated at 180C for 15 min
Keep them a few days in a box
