Banana blueberry and peanut butter porridge with mix nuts

Fulfilling and super tasty. Perfect to start the day energised

For 1 person

  • 30 g oat

  • 210 ml oat milk

  • half banana

  • 1 tablespoon blueberries

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • 1 tablespoon mix of seeds

  • 1 teaspoon crunchy peanut butter

  1. Put oat and milk in a pan on low heat

  2. Cook for 10 minutes mixing regularly or until you get the consistency you like

  3. Poor into a bowl

  4. Add the sliced bananas, blueberries, cinnamon powder, mix of seeds and the teaspoon of peanut butter

Note: the peanut butter can be replaced by honey or banana jam
